Abstract :

Influences of chemical reaction and radiation on unsteady magnetohydodynamic free convection flow of an electrically conducting fluid past an exponentially accelerated infinite vertical plate through a porous medium with constant heat flux under the presence of uniform magnetic field fixed relative to the fluid or to the plate in the consideration of heat absorption have been studied. The governing partial differential equations of the flow have been solved analytically by using Laplace transform technique and the profiles for the velocity, temperature and concentration were discussed. The effects of various physical parameters such as the Prandtl number, heat absorption parameter, radiation parameter, Grashof number, Chemical reaction parameter, magnetic field parameter and permeability parameters on the flow fields are analyzed through graphs.

Abstract :

In this paper a ranking procedure based on trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, is applied to a fuzzy valued assignment problem. Using this ranking method we convert any fuzzy assignment problem to a crisp valued assignment problem which then can be solved using the HUNGARIAN method. The proposed method serves as an efficient method in ranking Trapezoidal fuzzy numbers which is illustrated through a numerical example.

Another Type of Weakly Closed sets on Semi - Regular

Abstract :

In this paper we introduce and study the new class of closed sets called semi--regular weakly closed (briefly srw-closed) set in the topological spaces. This new class of set lies between the class of -closed sets and the class of generalised semi closed sets. We study the fundamental properties of this class of sets.

Abstract :

The purpose of this paper is to derive certain interesting properties involving coefficient inequalities, distortion bounds, extreme points, convex combination and radii of convexity for a new class of generalized Salagean-Type harmonic univalent functions in the open unit disc. Relevant connections of our results with various known results are briefly indicated.

Abstract :

This paper develops a production inventory model for deteriorating items under fuzzy environment. Since holding cost, set-up cost, deterioration cost, deterioration rate, production rate, demand etc. are uncertain in nature; these are carried by pentagonal fuzzy numbers. Graded Mean Integration Representation (GMIR) method is used to defuzzify the total cost function. Numerical example is given to explore the theoretical results and made the comprehensive. Sensitivity analysis with different parameters on the optimal solution is carried to illustrate the effectiveness and behavior of the model.
