Abstract :

We considered the free convective flow over an infinite vertical porous plate under the influence of uniform transverse magnate field with time dependent permeability and oscillatory suction. The equations of the flow are solved by perturbation method for small amplitude of the permeability. The closed form solutions for the velocity, temperature and concentration have been derived analytically and also its behavior is computationally discussed with reference to different flow parameters with the help of profiles. The skin fiction on the Nusselt number and Sherwood number are also attained and their behavior computationally discussed.

Abstract :

The Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is a multi-criteria decision analysis method which is currently one of the most popular methods and has been shown to provide helpful outputs in various application areas. In this paper, we identify the set of important parameters of the decision making system and concept of TOPSIS, and calculate the distance of each alternative from the shortest geometric distance from positive ideal solution (SGDFPIS) and longest geometric distance from negative ideal solution (LGDFNIS). Finally, we use a numerical experiment to illustrate the procedure of the proposed approach. Key

Abstract :

Here in this paper we study various types of continuity in fuzzy biclosure spaces. In particular we introduce fuzzy continuous map, fuzzy bicontinuous map and fuzzy strong pairwise continuous map in fuzzy biclosure spaces. We compare them with each other and we also obtain some relevant results.

Abstract :

The paper presents an investigation of the influence of chemical reaction on steady mixed convection MHD flow of Non-Newtonian micropolar nanofluid past a permeable vertical plate. The effect of Thermophoresis parameter and Brownian motion parameter are incorporated in the energy equation and concentration equation. The governing partial differential equations are converted into a system of ordinary differential equations using similarity transformations. The sysyem of linear equations are solved by using the implicit finite difference method. The effect of different parameters on the dimensionless velocity, temperature and concentration are shown graphically and analyzed. The effect of physical parameters such as material parameter K, suction parameter A, Prandtl number Pr, radiation parameter R, thermophoresis parameter Nt, Brownian motion parameter Nb, chemical reaction parameter  and magnetic parameter Ha are also being numerically investigated and analyzed.
