    <abstract language="eng">&lt;p&gt;We define Mersenne Arithmetic Mean and Mersenne Meet matrices on a subset &lt;em&gt;S = {x&lt;sub&gt;1&lt;/sub&gt;,x&lt;sub&gt;2&lt;/sub&gt;,x&lt;sub&gt;3 &lt;/sub&gt;, .....X&lt;sub&gt;n&amp;nbsp;&lt;/sub&gt;}&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;with &lt;em&gt;x&lt;sub&gt;1 &lt;/sub&gt;&amp;lt;&amp;nbsp;x&lt;sub&gt;2&amp;nbsp;&lt;/sub&gt;&amp;lt;&amp;nbsp;x&lt;sub&gt;3&amp;nbsp;&lt;/sub&gt;&amp;lt; ......&amp;lt;&amp;nbsp;x&lt;sub&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10.8333px"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sub&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;of a lattice with respect to a complex valued function &lt;em&gt;f : P&amp;rarr; C&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;by &amp;nbsp;A= (a&lt;sub&gt;n&lt;/sub&gt;) where a&lt;sub&gt;n&lt;/sub&gt; =&amp;nbsp;and &amp;nbsp;B= (b&lt;sub&gt;n&lt;/sub&gt;) where b&lt;sub&gt;n = 2 &lt;sup&gt;xxy&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/sub&gt;. In this paper, we assume that the elements of the matrices A and B are integers and find A/B of the &lt;em&gt;n x n&lt;/em&gt; matrices in terms of the usual divisibility in Z.&lt;br /&gt;&#xD;
