<p style="text-align: justify;">The present paper is aimed at analyzing magneto hydrodynamic mixed convective flow and heat transfer about a non-isothermal vertical wall embedded in a porous medium. The Frochheimer extension is considered and the effects of thermal dispersion, Radiation and viscous dissipation in aiding and opposing flow conditions are examined. The wall temperature in excess of constant temperature of the ambient fluid is assumed to be proportional to x2&nbsp;The effects of thermal dispersion and viscous dissipation on heat transfer rate are examined under the above-specified conditions and are presented in graphical form. The observations revealed that both thermal dispersion and viscous dissipation enhances the heat transfer rate. However under high magnetic fields their effect is found negligible. Velocity, temperature profiles and Nusselt number variation under different conditions are also presented.</p>
