<p style="text-align: justify;">In this paper we study the minimum distance properties of circulant codes equipped with the Rosenbloom-Tsfasman metric. The existnace of circulant RT distance codes is estabilished. We also described some intersecting properties of the RT weight of circulant matrices.</p>
