Abstract:

In this paper we for the first time define a new notion called Kosko - Hammimg distance in the study of several experts using Fuzzy Cognitive maps (FCMs) Model. The new concepts finds how two experts opinions differ using a distance function d between each of the individual experts. Here we study the health problems faced by the locals due to dumping of solid wastes. This study was carried out taking a sample survey from around 4 persons living in and around the Kodungaiyur area. We haveanalyzed the data using FCMs by taking 6 experts opinion.
