Abstract:

In this paper, we consider an inventory model for deteriorating items with two warehouses under demand dependent production and partial backlogging. Deterioration rate is constant. Shortages are allowed with partial backlogged. Holding cost is a linear increasing function of time. Cost minimization technique is applied to solve the model. Numerical examples are implemented to illustrate the model.
