Abstract :

The purpose of the paper deals with weakly -Ricci Symmetric; locally - Ricci Symmetric and - Ricci recurrent Lorentzian Para (LP)
α-Sasakian manifolds of dimension M2n1,g (n>1). The existence of weakly -Ricci Symmetric Lorentzian Para (LP) α-Sasakian manifolds is ensured by an example.

Abstract :

In solving multiparameter eigenvalue problem in the form of ordinary differential equations satisfying certain boundary conditions by shooting method, good starting values of the eigenvalues to be determined are always in need. Unlike trial and error method, in this paper we present a numerical procedure based on extrapolation method to find the starting values.

On pseudo fuzzy complements of fuzzy sets and the existence of equilibrium and dual points
*SHERY FERNANDEZ and **SOURIAR SEBASTIAN

Department of Mathematics, St. Albert’s College, Kochi-682.018 Kerala (INDIA)

Abstract :

Fuzzy sets are sets with boundaries that are not precise. Fuzzy complements are fuzzy sets on [0,1] satisfying two axioms, viz. boundary conditions and monotonicity. But the existence of an equilibrium point of a fuzzy complement depends on its continuity. Here we introduce a new concept: pseudo fuzzy complement and prove that all suchcomplements have a unique equilibriumpoint and dual point.

Abstract :

In this paper we introduce the concepts of Pk and Pk’ seminearrings where ‘k’ is a positive integer and study some of their properties. We also discuss certain properties of P1 and P1' seminear-rings and also obtain their characterizations.

Abstract :

Assignment problem is a well known topic and is used very often in solving problems of engineering and management sciences. If the cost is not deterministic, then the problem is said to be assignment problem with fuzzy costs. We propose a new algorithm to solve this fuzzy assignment problem.

Abstract :

The paper is addressed to the introduction of a new notion of fuzzy relational maps by dividing the casual association of fuzzy cognitive maps of Taber1 into two disjoint units respectively named as domain and range space, the number of elements in these spaces being not equal. We also determine the methods of determination of hidden pattern and combined fuzzy relational maps.

Abstract :

Recently the authors introduced the concept of binary topology between two sets and investigate its basic properties where a binary topology from X to Y is a binary structure satisfying certain axioms that are analogous to the axioms of topology. In this paper we introduce and study binary-T0, binary-T1 and binary-T2 axioms that are analogous to the separation axioms of topology. Binary continuity is also characterized in this paper.
